WHY we needed a 21st century knee training system

“21st century” knee training changed my life forever. So, what do I mean by that?

Well, after about a decade of knee problems, I thought I had tried everything. I quit my sport, gave up on my dream of dunking, and assumed I would need to take drugs for life due to the pain, probably enduring more surgeries just to keep functioning.

All that changed thanks to the following data…

Let’s start thousands of years ago, in Asia.

Methods such as walking backward were passed down from generation to generation as a means of preventing arthritis, among other benefits.

But in America we had a HUGE PROBLEM…

This is data I got just from asking AI if knees over toes is bad:

“American college research from the 1970s suggested that allowing the knee to go over the toes could be harmful, and that led to widespread advice against it.

“But more RECENT studies suggest that knees over toes is not only safe but can be beneficial for knee health.”

This is where “21st century” knee training comes in.

Because when you step backward, as popularized in Asia, your knee is over your toes.

And America has helped make it common knowledge that PROGRESSIVE RESISTANCE EXERCISE is actually GOOD for your body.

EAST MEETS WEST!

Avoiding knee over toes did NOT give me positive knee results.

And walking backward ALONE did not give me such positive results.
