What programs do you offer?

Members have access to 4 unique program lines:

 Coach Ben created Knee Ability: the world’s first MEASURABLE route of knee protection. Knee Ability has two versions: “Knee Essentials,” which is just the 8 Lower Body Essentials, and “Full Body Essentials,” which does not alter the programming of the 8 Knee Essentials, and adds on the 4 Back Essentials and 8 Upper Body Essentials. All 20 exercises have Standards which can be achieved in a matter of months, putting you in the upper 1% of the population in terms of athletic potential and injury-resistance, as well as “World-Class” numbers, which may take years to achieve, but give you a legitimate shot at breaking world records, while being a one-in-a-million freak in terms of bulletproofing against injuries. All 8 Knee Essentials can be started with bodyweight alone, but weights will be needed long-term to achieve the Standards and beyond.

 Coach Derek has a fully bodyweight program, designed to give you world-class longevity. His gym version of “Over-40 Standards” releases soon, providing the first-ever measurable route to world-class athleticism and pain-injury prevention as you age!

 Coach Jeff has an incredibly detailed flexibility program, bringing you to front splits, middle splits, and bridge! But it’s not just stretching: it’s Range of STRENGTH (RoS). Jeff not only delivers the RoS program on the app, he also does weekly LIVE stretch classes which any member on any program can attend, plus each class is saved by link for anytime viewing.

 Coach Connor has the world’s first-ever jump program where YOUR jump form is watched and coached. Other programs have strength, flexibility, and jump training, just as Connor’s does, but no one on the market takes the time to watch YOU jump each week. This is how he’s producing new dunkers at a faster rate than any other coach on earth.  

How much does your membership cost?

 The program costs $49.50 per month.  It’s a monthly recurring subscription service which you can cancel at ANY time.  We currently have a discount coupon which gives you $19.00 off the first month.  The coupon code is ATG19.  Make sure to click “Apply” after inputting the coupon code. 

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Can I sign up for just one month?

Yes.  You can sign up for one month and cancel, or you may find that you benefit so much from the training that you want to stay on for a number of months.  

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel at any time.  Sign in to the members-only website, select MY ACCOUNT and CANCEL.  Your request will go to Customer Service and you will receive a confirmation email.  Regardless of when you cancel, you will still receive service for the entire month that you paid for.

I have patellar tendinitis (or any one of a dozen common athletic conditions). Is Knee Ability fit for me?

Ben is not a medical professional and may not give advice regarding medical conditions.  Ben specializes in Knee Ability.  The ATG methodology strengthens and restores the muscles, tendons, and ligaments from the ground up and bulletproofs the knees against the intense forces that they are subjected to in sports and in life.

 We have countless members who have improved or eliminated tendinitis and other conditions as a result of doing the Knee Ability for Life Program.  You can go to Ben’s Instagram page @kneesovertoesguy and to his profile page and look at some of the 1000+ unsolicited success stories.  They are not categorized by knee condition, but you will may find some in there that will relate to you.

I recently had ACL reconstruction (or any one of a dozen athletic surgeries). At what point would it be safe to do Knee Ability?

Ben is not a medical professional and may not give advice regarding medical conditions.  Consult your surgeon or physical therapist for an answer to this question.

 Once you have your doctor’s or PT’s approval, get onto the Knee Ability for Life Program and begin to restore your knees.

Can you give me an idea of what your service consists of? Is it just a list of exercises?

The best answer to this question is to watch the Intro Video on the landing page of this website.

There are 3 parts to our service: (a) the ATG website which is a knowledge base, (b) the TrueCoach app where we deliver the actual programs, workouts, and coaching, and (c) emails from the team with articles, updates and podcasts.

The programs are very clearly laid out and are delivered via the app.  All the exercises are shown on your calendar and you are guided through them daily by your Coach.  You do the exercises for the day, and you send in form videos to your Coach to review.  He will help you as needed.  You have regular back and forth communication with your Coach.  Our team of coaches review over 7,500 videos from our members in 69 countries every week!

There are videos showing how you progress from the lowest level to the highest level.  There are set ATG Standards that you work towards on each individual exercise, and there in an advanced level for those who have achieved the ATG Standards, as verified by an ATG Coach.

Once you sign up, you will receive an invitation to download the app so that the program of your choice can be assigned and you can get started on your workouts.   

Additionally, you will have access to the members-only website with abundant data on sports performance and development, and you will receive emailed content from Ben @kneesovertoes guy, and his troupe: Derek @Mr1nf1n1ty (health, fitness, longevity) and Jeff @theflexibull (flexibility expert), and Connor @basketbarth (jumping and dunking expert).  You get content several days per week from these ATG experts in the form of articles, videos, and podcasts.

My daughter is 16. Can she do this program?

The age requirement for ATG Online Coaching is 18 years old.  However, if you are under 18, you may send an email to celiapatrick1@gmail.com and she will provide you with a Parental Consent Form which you may have a parent or guardian sign, with approval for you to do the program.
